Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors. If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. See Troubleshooting Harvest Webstation for additional troubleshooting tips. Receiving Errors When Entering Dates and TimesEach time you modify a time or date field, Harvest Webstation checks the data to help ensure that you have entered a valid date or time. If your entry falls outside of the acceptable ranges, then you will be alerted and your entry will be reset or truncated.
For example: "Too many characters entered. Old value (122) is being truncated to 12. For example: "Value cannot be less than 1. Old value (0) is being reset to 1." and "Value cannot be greater than 31. Old value (32) is being reset to 31." |
