When you are selecting order choices while placing an order, you may either type in the profile name or select profiles from a list in this page. Click the P button in the Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices page to access this page. See Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices.

The Order Samples: Order Profiles page contains a list of all of the profiles that have been set up in advanced configuration options. Contact your Harvest Webstation System Administrator for more information.

Selecting Profiles

1. Select each profile that you wish to include by clicking the checkbox next to the profile name. You may also use the spacebar on your keyboard to select a checkbox without using your mouse.
2. Harvest Webstation lists all of the order choices associated with the profile in parentheses after the profile name.
3. Click the Clear button to clear your selections.
4. When you have made your selections, click the Add Profiles button to return to the Order Samples: Patient & Order Choices page. Harvest Webstation will place all of the order choices that correspond to the profile(s) you selected in the Items to Order field.

Note that this differs from manually entering profiles into the Items to Order field. When you manually enter profiles, Harvest Webstation will not expand the profiles into their corresponding order choices until you proceed to the Order Samples: Sample Information page.
