This page appears when you click the View Fax Queue link on the left-hand side of the Harvest Webstation page.

Note that you must have the necessary security settings in order to access the Fax Queue page. See Configuring Harvest Webstation: Establishing Security Settings for more information.

Fax Queue Page Contents

The Pending tab of the Fax Queue page displays the faxes placed in the queue to be sent, but are awaiting delivery by the fax system. The faxes are sorted according to the Send ASAP column. However, you may sort the list by one of the other columns by clicking on the column headings.

1. Delete faxes from the queue by highlighting an entry and clicking Delete. Harvest Webstation removes the fax from the queue.
2. Click Send ASAP to mark selected faxes as ASAP, so that Harvest Webstation moves them to the front of the queue to send them immediately. Harvest Webstation adds an "X" in the Send ASAP column and displays the ASAP items at the top of the list.
3. Click Refresh to refresh the contents of the Fax Queue page.
